1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Giggle mobile app or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Giggle, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts

You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

Keep your login credentials secure.

Giggle may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or any community guidelines.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Harass, threaten, or harm others

Use vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit language or media

Upload or distribute illegal, misleading, or infringing content

Use bots, automated tools, or scrape our data

Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Giggle is not a platform for explicit content, adult behavior, or harassment. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate video chat conduct, unsolicited sexual content, or abusive messages. Keep your pants on—seriously.
We reserve the right to moderate content and remove any material or accounts that violate these rules.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post, including photos, videos, and messages. By posting, you grant Giggle Systems Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and share your content as needed to operate the Service.
6. Privacy & Communications

By using Giggle, you agree to receive notifications, emails, or SMS related to your account, matches, or updates.

We collect usage data, including app interactions, for analytics purposes using tools like Statsig. See our Privacy Policy for more.
7. Video & Messaging Features

Our video chat and messaging features are meant for professional and respectful communication.

Do not use these features to send or solicit explicit content or harass others.

We may monitor usage and suspend access for violations.
8. Paid Services

Some features of the Service may require payment. We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payments and subscription billing.

All transactions are subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Giggle does not store or process your credit card information.

Payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

You are responsible for managing your subscriptions, billing information, and cancellations through the billing portal we provide.
9. Intellectual Property
Giggle Systems Inc. retains all rights to the platform’s design, software, branding, and content.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our assets without permission.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the extent allowed by law, Giggle disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
11. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Termination
We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
